Squeeze oranges and pour the filtered juice in a saucepan.

Add a knob of butter, the cheese and the grated Dutch cheese.

Add salt and pepper.


the cream and cook for 10 minutes, stirring very well.

Turn and stir the yolk mixture.

Put back on the fire and no boil, continue to stir until the cream is smooth and homogeneous.

Remove the crust from the bread slices and spread them with the mixture.

Put them on a lightly buttered oven and browned in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Serve hot.
