Toast with tuna and ricotta cream
Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the ricotta, previously drained tuna and chopped and stir with a fork until you have a smooth mixture.
Soon after, add salt, pepper, garlic and parsley that will clean and rinsed carefully under running water and crushed using a kitchen mixer.
Mix everything together and finally add olive oil slowly while stirring to prevent lumps are created.
Meanwhile, toast the bread slices in the oven already warm for 5-6 minutes and hot and crispy when they spread them with cremina obtained.
Tip: you can serve them as an appetizer or as a snack with a glass of wine.

- 8 slices bread
- 100 g of ricotta
- 50 g of tuna in oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
