An appetizer of herring
Instructions
Let soften 100 g butter, work it up to reduce it in cream and incorporate two finely chopped kippers.
Mix well and add a great pickled cucumber, chopped.
Season with a generous pinch of black pepper and serve accompanied with slices of lightly toasted rye bread.
