Cubes of tuna
Instructions
Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil.
Clean the vegetables and cut them into rings.
The tuna steak seared in boiling salted water.
Cut the tuna into small cubes and add to vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes.
When cooked, add the parsley and serve.

- 400 g of fresh tuna
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
