Thimbles with Zucchini Fries (2)
Instructions
Wash and clean the zucchini, then julienne thickly.
Sauté the garlic in a pan with five tablespoons of oil.
Add the zucchini in oil, fry them to open flame, then drain on paper towel and add salt.
Bring to boiling salted water and cook pasta al dente.
Drain, add the zucchini, sprinkle with some chopped parsley, a generous handful of grated cheese, then serve.

- 4 zucchini
- Abundant of caciocavallo cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
