Beans and caviar
Instructions
Shelled beans, rinse and boil them in plenty of water along with the onion and celery.
When cooked, add in a pinch of coarse salt and drain.
Place in a salad bowl, add the lemon juice, a little pepper and oil; stir gently, add 4 tablespoons of caviar on top and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of fresh borlotti beans
- 4 tablespoons of cold caviar
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of freshly ground pepper
- 1 == Pto coarse salt
