Fancy rice
Instructions
Let dry onion with 4 tablespoons oil.
Add the rice, stir, cover with the broth and bake in oven at medium heat until the broth is absorbed.
Let cool and drizzle with a sauce prepared by beating 5 tablespoons oil with 1/2 tablespoon of worcester, a little salt and pepper.
Combine celery, peppers and olives fillets and boiled peas.
Mix and serve cold.

- 350 g of rice
- 350 g of peas
- Olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Nut soup
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1 sweet yellow pepper
- 20 green olives
- Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- 2 stalks of celery
