Herbal farricello
Instructions
Sauté in oil with red pepper chopped onion, garlic, Marjoram; Add the chopped parsley and tomato; to season, then stretch it with vegetable broth.
When it boils add the farricello and bring to boiling.
Sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese and basil leaves.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of broken emmer
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of fresh marjoram leaves
- 2 leaves basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- 3 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
- 60 g of pecorino romano cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
