Citrus fillets
Instructions
In a skillet Brown the meat with oil and butter.
Add salt and mix the meat extract diluted in 1 tablespoon of water.
Sprinkle the fillets with the juice of two lemons and mix well with a spoon.
Cook on medium flame for about 10-12 minutes, until the sauce is well.
Serve the fillets covered by cooking.

- 4 veal fillets from 150 g each
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 glass of lemon and grapefruit juice filtered
- 1 teaspoon of meat extract
