Instructions

Peel, wash and boil the whole fennel in salt water.

Cut them into thick slices widthwise and gently pat dry on paper towels.

Put them in beaten eggs with salt and grated cheese.

In a non-stick pan melt the butter and let doratevi the slices on both sides.

Serve hot.
