Open the mussels on the fire, remove clams from shells, place in a bowl and add lemon juice and a little pepper.
Beat eggs, add parsley, garlic and chopped basil, marjoram, sheep cheese, breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed and a little salt.
Join seafood.
Cook the omelette and serve with salad.
