Mushrooms cream (3)
Instructions
Grill the pepper, spellarlo and cut it into small pieces.
Clean and wash the mushrooms and place them whole in salted water with the juice of 1 lemon.
Dry, slice and place in a salad bowl with the peppers.
In a mortar crush Mint with the garlic, then add the cream, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Work the sauce with a whisk, pour over vegetables and serve.
