Mushrooms in crock
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and take away all the Earth.
Sauté the garlic in the oil and anchovy fillets.
Add the sliced mushrooms and let them go for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
Remove garlic and add the tomatoes and the chopped Mint; season with salt and pepper.
Cook in covered pan for another 25 minutes.

- 1000 g of stems of mushrooms
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Garlic
- Peeled tomatoes
- Mint
