Mushrooms in marsala sauce
Instructions
Clean and slice the mushrooms and put them to cook in a pan with butter and after 5 minutes of cooking add the marsala.
You restrict the sauce and then add the flour dissolved in a little water, salt, pepper and parsley.
Stir well and let it boil.

- 500 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley
