Instructions
Sauté the garlic in a pan and then lift it.
Cut the mushrooms into strips and fry them for about 15 minutes.
When cooked with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 30 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 10 g of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
