Fusilli pasta with broad beans
Instructions
Put in a saucepan with the garlic oil and chopped onion, add the Fava Beans, shelled and blanched in salted water for 5 minutes, season, add the tomatoes peeled and cut into fillets, pour a glass of water, add salt and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cook fusilli until al dente in salted water, toss with the beans and plenty of cheese and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- 600 g of fave
- 3 sauce tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
