Butter frosting
Instructions
Put the butter in a bowl and knock it with a wooden spoon until it becomes soft and fluffy.
Mix the mixture with icing sugar and vanillin sieved.
Add a little at a time the two tablespoons of cream (or a little more if necessary) until you get a consistency that allows you to easily spread the icing on a cake.
This dose is enough to cover a cake for six people.
To adhere well spread icing before the cake or pastry surface with a thin layer of jelly.

- 340 g of icing sugar
- 70 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 sachet of vanillin
