Herb dumplings
Instructions
Boil spinach and season in 50 g of butter.
Sifting through the spinach, add the chopped Mint, eggs, flour, cheese and bread crumbs.
Add salt, pepper and form of gnocchi.
Cook for 7-8 minutes in salted boiling water.
Saute in garlic butter with remaining Mint and Sage.
Drain the gnocchi and toss with herb butter.

- 400 g of frozen spinach
- 150 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Mint
- Sage
- Salt
- Pepper
