Coffee Granita (Granita di Caffè)
Instructions
In a saucepan melt water and sugar sweet focus, add coffee, stir and let cool.
Pour the mixture into the freezer Bowl and let this two hours or so, stirring every twenty minutes for keep a grainy texture.
Serve in cups or glasses, topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 140 g of sugar
- 50 cl of water
- 6 cups of strong espresso coffee
- 25 cl of whipped
