Coffee granita with whipped cream
Instructions
Put the sugar in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
Remove the syrup from the heat and add four cups of very strong coffee, stirring with a wooden spoon; Let cool completely.
Pour the mixture in the pans of ice and keep it in the freezer for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Whip the cream to very substantial snow, by joining vanilla sugar (remember that in order for the operation to succeed, the cream must be very cold).
Spent the time defendant, spread the crushed ice into 4 glasses.
Put the cream in a pastry pocket with a star nozzle and decorated like the surface of the granite.
Serve immediately.
