Melon Granita (Granita di Melone)
Instructions
Cut the melons in half, remove the seeds and dig the pulp.
Cut it into pieces and beat.
Combine the sugar and blend a few seconds.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add plenty of crushed ice.
Wet means melons with brandy, fill them with the granita and serve immediately.

- 2 ripe melons
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Brandy
- Abundant of crushed ice
