Guacamole
Instructions
Chop the garlic and the onion.
Peel, cut into small pieces tomatoes and watch only the flesh.
Peel the avocado and put the pulp in purée.
Mix it well with the ingredients and half the cilantro.
Sprinkle the rest of the coriander over the stir, before serving as an appetizer or salad.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 avocado
- == 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup of coriander
