Burgers with eggs
Instructions
To rehydrate the granules in water flavoured.
Go to the meat grinder the granules with the flesh.
Knead, adding salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
Form of burgers and cook in a little oil and butter.
In the meantime Cook the eggs to the Bullseye.
With a small knife remove the yolks from the whites, have burgers instead from the yolks and place the yolks over burgers, bathing them with a spoonful of tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with pepper.

- 100 g of soya granules
- 100 g of meat chopped
- 4 eggs
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs soaked in milk
