Belgian endive in pan
Instructions
Peel the endives and deprive of the toughest outer leaves; dig the core to remove the bitter part as much as possible that, after cooking, you would too.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and rosolateci the endives.
Add salt, add sugar and fried anymore.
Add a finger of water, cover and cook over gentle heat, turning gently to break them not once or twice, until the endives are cooked and Caramelized sugar.

- 4 tufts of belgian salad (endive)
- 50 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt
