Instructions
Start with clean and wash the peppers and tomatoes, then dry them and cut them into slices quite thin (but without exaggeration).
Peel and finely slice the onions.
Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl and add the diced cheese and olives pitted and coarsely chopped (or entire and not pitted).
Season with oil, salt and, if desired, lemon juice and served with slices of good bread.
Needless to say, this is a typical summer dish.

- 1 pepper
- 8 firm ripe tomatoes
- == 1 large onion
- 250 g of fresh pecorino cheese (feta cheese)
- 12 black olives
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
