Chicken salad to use Chinese
Instructions
Fiammeggiate clean and wash the chicken.
Place it in a large pot covered with water.
Add the onion and cook for an hour or more, until the chicken is well cooked.
Drain and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, cut the celery in long rectangles 3 cm long and 1 cm and scald them for 5 minutes in a little chicken broth.
Drain and let cool.
Remove the chicken and cut meat into small pieces, which fit in a salad bowl with celery rectangles now cooled.
Seasoned with oil, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and, if required, a pinch of salt.

- 1 500 g chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 white celery
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Pepper
- Salt (if needed)
