Soy and tomato salad
Instructions
The meat is only available from macrobiotic and herbalists shops while the beans are also on sale at the supermarket.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and put them in the bowl.
Drain beans well alone and let them fall on tomatoes.
Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and spread on tomatoes and soya beans, sprinkling with soy sticks and parsley.
Stir vigorously in a bowl the only sauce, oil and vinegar, add salt and pour the dressing over the salad.
Stir and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of salad tomatoes
- 150 g of soy beans canned
- 1 scallion
- 1 pinch of soy bran buds
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
