Instructions

Peel and slice the cucumber, onions and tomatoes and arrange on a serving dish.

Cut strips the cheese on vegetables using the Ettore Sottsass.

Apart beat the oil with the vinegar, pepper and oregano.

Pour the dressing over the salad, garnish with olives and serve.
