Instructions

Clean lampascioni by soil, Peel, wash and cut a slot to cross at the base after removing the root.

Boil them for 45 minutes in salt water and vinegar.

Drain, Pat dry and allow to warm the squid slices.

Store as follows: first 2 jars have Bay leaves and spicy chilies, then arrange neatly the lampascioni with Mint, white pepper, garlic cloves.

Cover well with oil without air bubbles are created.
