Instructions

Bring to a boil 1 litre of water with 4 tablespoons sugar.

Turn off the heat and pour in the peel of 3 lemons (yellow part only by eliminating white skin that Lama would hand over an unpleasant bitter taste).

Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar.

When this flavored syrup is cold add the juice, filtered, 3 lemons, remove the lemon peels, mix and place in the refrigerator.
