Instructions

Grate the lemon peels, eliminating the white part and spremetene juice.

Melt the sugar in the water by boiling for a few minutes, along with the grated Peel and lemon juice, then cover and leave it for a few hours.

When is cold before you strain it and then, if necessary, extend with another little water (mineral) and refrigerate.
