Instructions
Wash very well the rinds of lemons and cut them into small pieces; put them in a glass jar with alcohol; close tightly and allow to marinate for at least 24 hours, preferably for 2 days; filter, put in pot, boil water with sugar until it's completely melted, cool, pour it into the jar, close and leave for another 5 days.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 1000 g of sugar
- 120 g of lemon peel (yellow part)
- 60 cl of water
