Coffee liqueur (4)
Instructions
Put in a fireproof pot, a tablespoon of rubbing alcohol and 1 litre of boiling water.
Cover with waterproof paper and let stand.
The next day, strain the mash through a canvas, putting aside the liquid.
Boil for half an hour the coffee residue with another liter of water after it has been heated, preventing the aromatic coffee vapor loss.
When everything is well cooled, wring well without losing a single drop.
Combine the two mixtures (about 1 litre), add sugar, vanilla and alcohol.
Let stand for a couple of days.
