Instructions
Put on the fire, in a glazed pot, milk, sugar, a bit of vanilla and cocoa, previously mixed with cold.
Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes, then remove from the stove and let it cool.
When cool, add alcohol, stirring well; you will have to obtain a creamy liquid.
Decant into a bottle and close it well.
You can consume the liquor after a week off.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 250 g of bitter cocoa powder
- 1000 g of sugar
- 1 piece of vanilla
- 100 cl of milk
