Instructions
Mix cocoa with sugar, and flavourings, heat the milk (lukewarm), add to milk sugar-cocoa mixture, bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Allow to cool and then add the alcohol and put it in the fridge.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of cocoa
- 100 cl of whole milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Some of cloves
- Little of grated nutmeg
- 1000 g of sugar
- 25 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
