Herbal liqueur with honey
Instructions
Put in 6-day infusion in alcohol all the aromas and spices, reminding you to gently shake the pan a couple of times a day.
Then add the syrup made with water and sugar, which you have incorporated the cold honey.
Filtered, and it's ready.
Liquor by the considerable toning properties.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 80 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 80 cl of water
- 700 g of sugar
- 120 g of honey
- 6 leaves of basil
- 6 leaves st. john's wort
- 6 leaves of sage
- 3 leaves of rosemary
- 6 leaves of mint
- 6 leaves tea
- 6 leaves of lemon
- 6 leaves of laurel
- 6 flowers chamomile
- 6 berries juniper
- 2 cloves
- 3 g of saffron and cinnamon
