Apricot liqueur
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the apricots, cut them in half, remove the core and place them in a saucepan with the wine.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add alcohol, sugar and cinnamon.
Put on the fire, reported to a boil, remove the Pan from heat and repeat this step for the other two times, and then turn off, let it cool in the Pan and keep to infuse for 5 days.
Strain the liquor and travasatelo in bottles.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 20 apricots
- 200 cl of white wine
- 500 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
