Banana liqueur
Instructions
Cut the bananas into rings and place them in a vase, in layers, each layer sugaring and sprayed with Grand Marnier and let soak in the Sun for about ten days.
Spent the time, merged with the bananas the cloves, lemon zest and alcohol.
Stir gently and close tightly the pot, leaving it for a month in a dark, then filtered for well liquor, bottled and let it rest for two months, before you consume it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 500 g of bananas without rind
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 glass of grand marnier
- Some of cloves
- == 1 lemon (zest)
