Liquor of carnations
Instructions
Put in a container with airtight lid the Carnation petals, cinnamon, alcohol, 50 cl of water and clove.
Let it sit for fifteen days.
After this period boil sugar with water 50 cl.
Combine the syrup thus obtained the other ingredients, bottled everything and keep it for three months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 300 g of petals of red carnations
- 1000 g of sugar
- 8 cloves
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 100 cl of water
