Apple liqueur
Instructions
Sciroppare fairies sugar with water, placing them in a small pan over very low heat.
Once the syrup has cooled, pour it in a airtight jar along with alcohol and Apple seeds.
Let it sit for a couple of months, shaking the pot occasionally, then filtered and bottled.
Apple liqueur also has digestive properties.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 500 G = = water
- 300 g of sugar
- 130 g of apple seeds
