Macaroni with ricotta alla romana
Instructions
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, pour the ricotta with the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl already hot, adjust them with salt and add a few spoonful of pasta cooking water.
Drain it al dente, season it well with the cheese and serve.
