Macaroni with bacon and leeks
Instructions
Put on the heat a large pot with salted water.
Clean the leeks by depriving them of the green part and the first 2 outer layers, then slice them up.
Chop the Rosemary needles, chopped pancetta and saute the 2 ingredients in a casserole with oil.
Add the leeks, add salt and cook on low heat and cover for 15 minutes during cooking, adding a little water.
While the sauce is cooking, boil the macaroni.
Drain the pasta and dress with the sauce mixture, stir, add a ground pepper and serve.

- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- 4 leeks
- 100 g of sliced bacon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
