Fruit salad with cream
Instructions
Wash all the fruit.
Peel and slice peaches; slice the apricots and strawberries; rattle off the cherries.
Put the fruit in a large glass bowl.
Work the mascarpone cheese with sugar and 2 cups of liquor, pour it over the fruit and keep in the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.

- 2 white peaches
- 6 apricots
- 400 g of cherries
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of strawberries
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of brandy
