Instructions

20809 FRUIT SALAD with CREAM CHEESE and yoghurt INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 yogurt, 200 g of cream cheese light, 4 tbsp condensed milk, 1/2 kg of strawberries, apricots in syrup 8, a lemon, a tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 4 tablespoons of cornflakes. Drain the apricots by their retention, tamponatele liquid gently with kitchen paper. Cut into wedges then not too thick. Wash strawberries and dry them carefully with a paper towel. Cut them into thin slices. Collect the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a glass bowl mix the cheese with the yogurt; stir then pour the condensed milk, cinnamon, and stir gently with a wooden spoon until a smooth and homogeneous cream. Pour the cream in 4 glasses, cutlery onto the prepared fruit and garnish with the cornflakes. Serve.
