Sweet and sour pork
Instructions
In a non-stick pan, pour the tomato sauce, combine the garlic, heat, then add the vinegar and sugar and mix well.
Let simmer for 2 minutes, then adjust seasoning.
Cook the slices of pork on a grill.
Put them on a serving dish, top with sweet and sour sauce and spolverizzarle with the parsley.
Or pour the diced meat in sauce and bring it to cooking.
Serve the meat in its sauce garnished with chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 240 g of boneless pork loin (or pig flesh into cubes)
- 120 g of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 40 g of sugar
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Salt
