Mayonnaise to mixer
Instructions
Mix eggs, vinegar, mustard oil by enough to cover the first mixer knife.
While running add salt and oil.
Add the gelatin to the end.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- == 1 whole egg
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- 1 tablespoon of warm jelly
- 100 cl of corn oil (or soybean oil if the preparation goes into the fridge)
- Salt
- Pepper
