Instructions

Wash blueberries under a jet of water and let them dry in the open air.

Pass them to a ricer and place them in a saucepan with 1 cup of water.

Cook over low heat stirring constantly and when bubbles add sugar.

Continue baking at moderate heat stirring thoroughly until the jam has reached the right consistency.

Put hot jam into jars held the heat, leave to cool and seal.
