Wash the plums and remove the core, pesatele and place them in a bowl to soak for a half-day with 750 g of sugar for every 1000 g fruit.
Then cook it in a pot until the juice is not dense.
Remove the foam that will form during cooking.
Let cool and then put the fruit in glass jars, adding the juice in equal parts.
Close tightly.
