Instructions
Cut the plums in half, remove the stones and put them aside.
Check the weight of the fruit, place in saucepan, cover with 1 big glass of water and cook gently for 210 minutes.
Merge then the sugar and continue to Cook, stirring constantly, to sweet, fire for about 4 hours.
1 hour before remove from heat add 10 seeds extracted from kernels and chopped, salicylic acid and stir well.
Pour into glass jars.
