Coffee mascarpone
Instructions
Mix mascarpone with icing sugar.
Pour in cold coffee cream and liqueur.
Mix and divide into 4 bowls kept in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Garnish each cup with the pod and coffee beans.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of fresh mascarpone
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur
- 4 waffle sticks
- 8 beans coffee
